    Through the use of the infrastructure within the village we can provide you with a telephone number that corresponds with your apartment number.

    • FREE calls to all Village residents
    • Mobile calls cost 10p per minute*
    • Ex-Directory, therefore avoiding unwanted callers
    • 30 day rolling contract
    • 24 hour personal customer care service through our UK team on the one number 01453 700 800
    • Supports standard phones and answer machines
    • BT 1471 and 1571 services are not supported

    * Networks included are Vodafone, O2, T-Mobile and Orange.
    Monthly billing available via email or paper. Payments by Direct Debit.
    All rental & connection prices include VAT at 20%, call rates are ex VAT.

    Broadband - Private WiFi Connection Included

    ExtraCare have included WIFI throughout all communal areas within the village, as well as a private secure internal network for your apartment. Your apartment is equipped with a pre-configured WiFi router allowing you to connect your wired and wireless devices needing internet, which includes Smart TVs, printers, laptops and PCs etc.
