    Option 1: ExtraCare Residential Package

    Line Rental Monthly Cost - £11.98 inc VAT

    Through the use of the infrastructure within the village we can provide you with a telephone number that corresponds with your apartment number.

    • £60 connection charge
    • 300 FREE ANYTIME minutes to *Local and National calls
    • FREE calls to all Village residents
    • Mobile calls cost 10p per minute**
    • Ex-Directory, therefore avoiding unwanted callers
    • 30 day rolling contract
    • 24 hour personal customer care service, answered within the UK
    • Supports standard phones and answer machines
    • BT 1471 and 1571 services are not supported

    * Includes 01, 02 & 03 numbers up to 300 minutes each month. Cost outside bundle is 1.5p per minute.
    ** Networks included are Vodafone, O2, T-Mobile and Orange.
    Monthly billing available via email or paper. Payments by Direct Debit.
    All rental & connection prices include VAT at 20%, call rates are ex VAT.

  3. Line, Call & Broadband - Eurolink Package

    Option 2: Eurolink Residential Package

    If you require broadband into your apartment, or you want to retain your existing telephone number and features then we can provide this through the Eurolink Residential telephone line.

    Line Rental Monthly Cost - £11.98 inc VAT

    • £118.80 installation charge
    • Local and National calls 1.5p per minute
    • FREE calls to all Village residents
    • Mobile calls cost 10p per minute*
    • RETAIN your existing telephone number**
    • 90 day rolling contract
    • 24 hour personal customer care service through our UK team on the one number 01453 700 800

    Broadband Rental Monthly Cost - £17.98 inc VAT

    • FREE pre-configured Wireless Router
    • £60 activation fee
    • 12 month contract
    • 24 hour personal customer care service through our UK team on the one number 01453 700 800
    • Fair usage policy applies

    So if you opt for the full Eurolink Telephone & Broadband package, the total monthly cost is £29.96 inc VAT.

    ** Subject to compatibility at exchange.
